A full report costs 40 credits: 20 for the verdict and the decision-maker, 15 for researching signals and 5 for the hooks. If no hooks come out, you get those 5 credits back. A work email address costs 5 credits and a phone number 40, only when found. A report that fails costs nothing. Unused credits don't carry over to the next month. How credits are calculated.

Then you can't start new reports until your next period starts or you upgrade. When you upgrade, you get the credits of your new plan right away. There are never surprise charges. When you're almost out of credits, you get an email.

Yes. You pay per month and cancel whenever you want, in the dashboard. Your subscription then runs until the end of the period. Your prospects and reports stay available afterwards, and you can always export them.

Vintoo only uses business information that companies and people made public themselves, and never looks up private email addresses. Our servers and database are in Amsterdam. Your account comes with a data processing agreement, and companies can opt out. More in the privacy statement.

No. Vintoo tells you who to contact and why now. You write the message yourself, in your own words and from your own mailbox. Vintoo never sends anything on your behalf.

Yes. Invite colleagues to your organization. You share the same prospects, reports and credits; you don't pay per user. Colleagues who should only look along get read-only access.

Export your verdicts to CSV or Excel, or connect Vintoo to your own systems with the API and webhooks. With MCP you use Vintoo in AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude. A direct CRM integration isn't there yet.

You choose the country where your prospects are, for example the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom or the United States; that's where Vintoo searches. Reports come in English or Dutch.
